Young Friends of the Earth gathering

Young Friends of the Earth Scotland has organised its first network gathering to take place in Edinburgh on the 25th September which young environmentalists in Tayside may be interested to attend.

The idea of this event is to explore setting up a network of young activists and youth organisations from across Scotland who can come to build campaigns and actions together.  It’s an opportunity for you to help shape this new network from the start.

Organiser Alan Munro says:

Are you aged 18-30 and living in Scotland? Are you passionate about campaigning for social and environmental justice? Young Friends of the Earth Scotland would like to invite you to our first official network gathering, taking place on the 25th September in Edinburgh. Whether you are new to campaigning or already involved in activism, we would love to see you there. The day will include plenty of opportunity to get to know one another, share experiences and stories, and plan how to build the network.
